Scope Of Work
Service agreements generally cover all time and travel expenses plus the required and service parts listed below for your ALTEK Dross Press. In addition, a full operational check will be carried out by our qualified engineers. A Detailed Operational and Maintenance Report with ALTEK Engineer is included as well as equipment training up to 20 employees.
On-Site Work
- Fully comprehensive operational check of the entire machine.
- Hydraulic oil filters will be replaced, and oil levels will be inspected.
- Motors, fans, and other movable assets will be checked for faults.
- Oil cooler air filter and air extraction filters will be replaced.
- Press head and cylinders will be fully inspected.
- Bolts, nuts, and screws will be validated that they are properly torqued.
- Spare parts review.
