Scope Of Work

Service agreements generally cover all time and travel expenses plus the required and service parts listed below for your ALTEK Dross Press. In addition, a full operational check will be carried out by our qualified engineers. A Detailed Operational and Maintenance Report with ALTEK Engineer is included as well as equipment training up to 20 employees.

On-Site Work

  • Fully comprehensive operational check of the entire machine.
  • Hydraulic oil filters will be replaced, and oil levels will be inspected.
  • Motors, fans, and other movable assets will be checked for faults.
  • Oil cooler air filter and air extraction filters will be replaced.
  • Press head and cylinders will be fully inspected.
  • Bolts, nuts, and screws will be validated that they are properly torqued.
  • Spare parts review.
  • Process review.
  • ALTEK Dross Press Operator Training of up to 20 operators.

Remote Work

  • Remote diagnostics.
  • Software support and storage.

Included Service Parts

  • 1x Hydraulic Oil Return Filter Element.
  • 1x Filter Breather.

If your Electromagnetic Stirrer experiences issues between scheduled visits, we will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem remotely. If that is not possible, we will dispatch an engineer to your site as soon as possible to get things back on track.

Only included service items are in the agreement. Additional spare parts will need to be purchased separately.

Yes, travel costs for our engineers are included in the service agreement.

If your Electromagnetic Stirrer cannot be repaired on site, it will be returned to ALTEK Europe for further evaluation and repairs.
