In addition, a full operational check will be carried out by our qualified engineers. A Detailed Operational and Maintenance Report with ALTEK Engineer is included as well as equipment training up to 20 employees

Yes, travel costs for our engineers are included in the service agreement.

If your Electromagnetic Stirrer cannot be repaired on site, it will be returned to ALTEK Europe for further evaluation and repairs.
