Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Joseph, a 6th form student from Tapton School, for his work experience placement. Throughout the week, Joseph shadowed our Engineering team — getting involved in day-to-day tasks, observing live projects, and gaining valuable hands-on insight into what a career in engineering looks like in a real working environment.
